ELECTRIC WIRE ROPE HOIST CD1 MODEL
REDUCER： Third-class dead axel helical geartransmission structure is adopted; gear
andgear axel are made of heat treated alloy steelcase and case cover with
precise assemblyand good seal are made of quality cast iron. The reducer is
independent, so it’s easy toload and unload it.
CONTROL BOX： It has device with up and downstroke protection of break off imiter and
cancutoff main circuit in an emergency， whichensures safe operation of
electric biockelectric elements are of long service life andoperational safety.
STEEL WLRE ROPE：lt uses GB1102-74(6×37+1)hoist steel wire ope which is
durable in use.
CONICAL MOTOR： The hoist motor uses conicalrotors of relatively stronger starting
torque tobrake asynchronous motor and F gradeinsulation and it’s grade
of protection isIP 44/IP 54.
BUTTON SWITCH：It’s hand-operated,easy tohandle, and has two modes of cord
operationand cordless remote control.
