GEAR BOX: The gear uses alloy steel and the shaft is high carbonSteel with teh heat
treatment, high quality and long service life. Thegear box cover uses high strength nodular
cast iron, machining centerprocessing to ensure the machining accuracy and reduce
vibrationhe
cover assembly uses the special seal washer which could bereliable for sealing.
BRAKE: The device uses electromagnetic brake system, when thebrake disc wear, it can
automatically adjust the brake in order toensure the safety. Once the main braking device
caused the decilne ofgoods fell too fast, the auxiliary brake system will turn on,
which is iorder to prevent the goods fall, forming double brake mechanism.
